1. Unscrew the wooden cap and remove the inner stopper.

2. Replace the wooden cap securely.

3. Gently tilt the bottle for 1–2 seconds to lightly moisten the wooden cap. Avoid soaking.

4. Keep the bottle upright and hang securely.

5. Briefly tilt again whenever the scent fades.

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wipe up spills immediately, as diffuser oil may damage surfaces. Keep away from children, pets, heat and flames. In vehicles, position away from controls and airbags, without obstructing the driver’s view.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

• Change-of-mind returns: We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Items excluded from change-of-mind returns: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, soap, and fragrance products cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are also excluded. This does not affect claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval and, where required, receipt of the returned item. Bank processing times may vary. Original shipping fees are refundable if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
