Our volcanic pumice stones are a gift from nature that keeps on giving. Once the fragrance has fully dissipated after 2–3 months, do not discard the stones! You can "recharge" them by adding 3–5 drops of your favorite Shika Boutique Fragrance / Essential oil directly onto the stones to enjoy the scent all over again.

Remove from packaging, gently shake to activate the fragrance oils, then place or hang in your desired space. Shake again to refresh the scent when it fades.

Storage & caution: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid direct contact with wood, plastic, or painted surfaces to prevent staining. External use only. Keep away from heat and fire.

• International orders: Please contact us to confirm shipping availability and rates. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

• Change-of-mind returns: We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Items excluded from change-of-mind returns: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, soap, and fragrance products cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are also excluded. This does not affect claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval and, where required, receipt of the returned item. Bank processing times may vary. Original shipping fees are refundable if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
