Orders

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item is out of stock or we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). Shipping fees are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Products

Our products are handmade in small batches, so color, shape and scent may vary slightly from the photos. Please read the ingredients before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Workshops

Workshops must be booked at least 5 days in advance. Each class has a maximum of 6 people.

All photos, designs, text and artwork on this website belong to SHIKA CO., LTD. Please don't copy or use them without our permission.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
